Business Connection Tours & Travels provides travel planning and booking support for flights, hotels, customized tours, MICE travel, visa assistance, passport services, travel insurance, vehicle rentals, and related travel arrangements.
A booking is confirmed only after required details, documents, and payment are received and the relevant supplier confirms availability. Verbal discussions, website inquiries, or quotations do not guarantee confirmed rates or availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger names, contact details, travel dates, passport information, document copies, and other required information. Business Connection is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or mismatched information provided by the customer.
Visa and passport services depend on government authorities, embassies, consulates, and third-party processing centers. We assist with submission and guidance, but approval, rejection, processing time, additional document requests, and final decisions remain with the relevant authority.
Cancellation, rescheduling, name correction, refund, and date-change rules vary by airline, hotel, tour operator, transport provider, insurance provider, embassy, and other suppliers. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after supplier approval and may be subject to deductions, service fees, bank charges, taxes, and processing time.
Many travel services are delivered by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour partners, insurance companies, and visa processing partners. Their own terms, rules, schedules, and service conditions will also apply to your booking.
Customers must check passport validity, visa requirements, transit rules, travel insurance needs, health requirements, baggage rules, entry restrictions, and destination regulations before travel. These requirements may change at short notice.
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but travel prices, availability, offers, destination details, and supplier policies may change. Website content is for general information and may not represent final booking terms.
Business Connection Tours & Travels is not liable for losses caused by supplier changes, delays, cancellations, visa rejection, denied boarding, natural events, government restrictions, accidents, strikes, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
